For bookings exceeding 2-weeks 2hour free handover
For bookings exceeding 4-weeks 3hour free handover
For bookings exceeding 6-weeks 4hour free handover
For bookings exceeding 3-months one full day

The above can be offered prior to the commencement of the
booking or can be effective from the first day of the booking.
However, if the assignment is terminated before the expected
duration the free handover will not be applicable.

If you are currently being offered competitive rates from
your existing suppliers due to the fact that you have selected
them as a preferred supplier, we will endeavour to match it!
It is important to keep in mind that the charge rates needs
to be realistic and relates to the job specification and the
temporary workers pay rate.

Should you not be completely satisfied with the temporary
workers performance, which we feel is highly unlikely, you
will not be charged providing we are informed within the first
4 hours of the assignment.
What
will your charge rate include?
All temp charge rates quoted will be inclusive of Tax, Holiday
Pay and National Insurance Contributions. VAT will be added
to the overall charge rate. There are no hidden or unexpected
charges.

Our aim is to fill same day bookings within 20-30 minutes.
We totally appreciate that you need crisis cover, and we are
willing to do what ever it takes to ensure that you get it
and quickly!
In fact we are so confident in our response times, we will
refund 10% of the first weeks total invoice value if it takes
us any longer than 30 minutes to you fill your booking.

Temp to Perm Introductions:
You will receive a reduction on the permanent introduction
invoice subject to the length of time that the temporary has
worked in the assignment. The periods and percentage discounts
are detailed below for your information:
