Akile who is known to most as Axe is a long standing veteran of the recruitment industry. Her career began in 1992 and she demonstrates on a daily basis the expertise and professionalism she has acquired along the way.

Since being headhunted to join Parkway Recruitment in the October of 2000, Akile quickly earned the respect and loyalty from her clients and colleagues which made her the perfect candidate to manage the company (2002) which was shortly followed by her being appointed as a Director.

6 years on (1st March 2008) Akile fulfilled her ambition to acquire 100% ownership of Parkway Recruitment.

In her spare time Akile is one of the UK's premier Salsa dancer/instructors, is ranked Top 6 in the country and is Three Times British Salsa & Merengue Championship Grand Finalist.

Yorkshire born Gaynor began her recruitment career in 2000 and since then has notched up an impressive amount of experience within the commercial recruitment sector, and has acquired the reputation for filling the most unusual types of vacancies.

As well as Account Managing a long list of clients, Gaynor is also the right hand lady to Akile and deputises in the event of her absence.

Some of you may remember Kate, she worked for Parkway Recruitment as a Permanent Consultant from 2002-2004 before emigrating to the USA. Returning to the UK after a 3 year stint in Florida, Kate is now entering her 8th year in the Recruitment industry and plays an integral role within the Parkway Recruitment team.

In addition to Managing our thriving Temporaries Division Kate also services clients that require permanent staff ranging from; clerical assistants and receptionists to sales professionals and senior level administrative staff. An essential cog in our wheel, Yasmin is our Office Coordinator who keeps the administrative systems for Parkway Recruitment in check.

Yasmin is the person responsible for meeting and greeting all of our guests and looks after all our candidates when they come in to register.
