Due to travelling a lot over the past few years we have registered with many different employment agencies to find temporary work. What a difference we found with Parkway!

Here you are treated like a person, the consultants are wonderful, very friendly and really make an effort to understand your situation and what you are looking for.

Myself and my partner were quickly found perfect positions that ran for the perfect time frame, so both ourselves and the clients were happy.

Axe was so helpful with side issues like helping with setting up a bank account for my partner who is not British. She didn't have to do this but this is typical of the caring attitude we found at Parkway. We are going away now for a year, but will definitely sign up with Parkway when we return.

I am writing to thank Parkway Recruit for helping me.

I had been temping around London for two months, and decided that Iwanted something a little more permanent and reliable.

I had registered with over ten agencies, and subscribed to various websites. The agency contacted me, having seen my details on a website and asked if I would come into to register with his agency, as he had a job that he thought that I would be suitable for.

I have to admit I went in thinking another registration can't hurt but I was beginning to get disheartened about going to agencies registering and then not hearing from them for two weeks.Believe me this does not happen with Parkway.

He had an interview arranged for me that day, which is alot better than other consultants, who seem just happy to get you registered.

The same cannot be said for Parkway. I think they get their satisfaction from having people placed, not just registered.

After the interview the agency, was straight on the phone to the client, and myself for mutual feedback, and it was that afternoon that he told me that they liked me, and I had a second interview. They helped me alot, and preped me for the types of questions that I could expect from the second interview. Again after the second interview, he again sought feedback from both sides, and within 2 days I was offered the full-time post.

That was it from the day of registration to being offered the full-time post took just 5 days.
I would recommend Parkway to anyone. They listen to what you have to say, have a good informal chat with you, get to know your personality, and then I assume they make a decision as to whether you are suitable for the job or not, but I get the feeling from them that if you were not suitable they would tell you out-right, and not leave you hanging like other agencies. It appears to be a mutual type of trust because Alex told me that if he is happy for the candidate to go and see the client, the client will see the candidate, so he has the respect of clients also.

I cannot recommend Parkway Recruitment highly enough.
