Alexander Associates can work with you to compose a comprehensive job description and person specification as well as design and produce your recruitment advert, advise on media selection and co-ordinate advertising process.
Enquiries
Our response handling team can work on your completely on your behalf; receiving telephone and internet enquiries and sending out information packs to applicants to support your recruitment campaign.
Applications
Alexander Associates will receive and acknowledge responses from candidates expressing an interest in your vacancies.
In addition, we will assist in processing the applications, selecting those applicants who meet an agreed job criteria and person specification and providing you with a paper shortlist against agreed guidelines.
We are experienced in designing competency based screening questions and conducting telephone interviews to obtain further information and clarify key areas of experience. This enables us to provide you with a summary report on each shortlisted candidate.
Interviews
Our objective is to take off the slack. We will co-ordinate all stages of your interview process, confirming times, dates, etc. with the candidates. We can also provide candidates with information packs comprising application forms, brochures, organisation structure information and job specifications.

Routing Audios
After a key has been pressed the Virtual Office:
can play a “Routing Audio” such as “Thank you, transferring you to the relevant department to deal with your enquiry”
Multiple Target Numbers
The call can then be routed to a list of targetnumbers with either a fixed starting point or in fair rotation
Voicemail
If the call is not answered then there is a voicemail option. Each route can have an individual option such as “Thank you for calling Joe Bloggs Campaign Line – “All of our consultants are busy taking other calls, however if you would like to leave a message after the tone, a member of the Recruitment Team will call you back.”
Out of Hours Routing or Voicemail.
By simply typing in the hours the Virtual Office can route out of hours calls to a different number or simply play a message and take a voicemail. Voicemail recordings are sent as an attachment to a specified email account.
Fax to Email
You can enable fax detection at the beginning of each call. If a fax tone is heard the Call Manger will receive that fax and forward it as an attached document to your email account.

Call Whispers
Once the call has been answered there is an option to announce the call with a “Call Whisper”. An example of a whisper would be “This is a sales call” or “Yellow Pages Advertisement Lead” This is a very useful tool, enabling the person taking the call to answer that call appropriately
